Green Pea and Corn soup:-
Ingredients
2 cups green peas, 1 cup
sweet corn kernels, 1/2 cup onions (chopped), garlic piece (crushed),1 tsp oil,
1/4 cup milk, salt to taste, black pepper powder to taste
How to make
Take a pan. Cook green peas, corn, onion, garlic, salt along
with 3 cups of water on medium flame for 10 minutes. Stir all the ingredients. Cool
this completely and blend in a mixer. Now again pour the mixture back into the
pan. Add milk, salt and pepper in it. Mix it well and cook on a medium flame
for 4 minutes. Serve hot.
