Cauliflower and Noodles
soup:-
Ingredients
3/4 cup hakka noodles
(boiled and cut into pieces) 1/2 cup cauliflower (finely chopped), 1/4 cup
carrots (sliced), 1tbsp celery (chopped), 2 tbsp spring white onions (chopped),
1/4 cup tomatoes (chopped), 2 tbsp lettuce leaves (chopped), 4 cups clear
vegetable stock, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste
To Serve
chilies in vinegar, chilli sauce
How to makeTake a pan and heat the
oil in it over high flame. Add cauliflower, carrots, celery, spring onion
whites and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Now heat the clear stock. Add sauteed
vegetables, tomato pieces, lettuce and salt till it boils. Add the noodles and
turn off the flame. Pour into a large serving bowl. Serve immediately with
chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
