Ingredients
500 gm mango pulp, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 5 gm crushed cumin, saffron strands/kesar (for garnish)
How to Make
Take mango pulp, cardamom powder, powdered sugar, water, chaat masala powder and crushed cumin in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients. Add sugar and water to get the desired sweetness and consistency. Sweet and tangy aam ras is ready. Chill it and serve garnished with kesar.
