Recipe to make stuffed Mushrooms with paneer

How to make
For Stuffing
Take a broad
pan and heat butter. Add onions and garlic and cook on medium flame for
60 seconds. Now add green chillies, french beans, carrot and capsicum.
Mix all well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring
continuously. Add the garam masala, crumbled paneer, coriander and salt
and mix them. Keep this stuffing aside.
How to proceed
Make 20 equal portions of stuffing. Take one mushroom and remove stem of it. Repeat it with all the mushrooms. Stuff each mushroom with a portion of the stuffing and press gently. Now heat a broad non-stick pan and add 1 tsp of butter in it. Place 10 stuffed mushrooms in it, cover with a lid and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes. Turn them over and cook on a medium flame for 2 more minutes. When mushrooms are ready then remove them from pan and keep them aside. Now repeat the same process for remaining mushrooms. Serve immediately.
