Recipe to make refreshing Bael ka Sharbat

Ingredients
1 Bael fruit (medium sized), 1/2 tsp cumin powder (roasted), 1/2 tsp black salt, 2 tsp sugar, 2 glasses water, lemon slice and mint leaves (for garnish)
How to make
Take a Bael fruit and break it. Then scoop out the fruit pulp with the help of a spoon and discard the skin. Slightly mash the pulp and soak it for 2 to 3 hrs in double amount of water. Then sieve the soaked pulp from heavy strainer by pressing it with the help of spoon. Remove seeds and discard insoluble fiber. Mix salt, cumin powder and sugar in sieved juice. Keep in refrigerator for 20-25 minutes. Add some ice cubes and garnish it with mint leaves and lemon slice when serving.
