Recipe to make delicious Besan ka ladoo at home

Ingredients
4 cups besan/bengal gram flour, 2 cups ghee, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup almonds (coarsely powdered), 1/2 tsp cardamom/elaichi powder
For Garnish
almond/badam or cashew nuts
How to make
Take a pan and heat the ghee. Add besan, mix well and cook on medium flame till besan starts leaving ghee. Keep stirring continuously. Transfer the mixture into a plate so the mixture cools down completely. Add sugar, coarsely powdered almonds, cardamom powder and mix well. Rub the mixture in between your palms till it gets a crumbly texture. Now, take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round laddoo. Make all laddoos in the same manner. Garnish all besan ladoos with cashew nuts or almonds. Store these ladoos in an air-tight container and savour them.
