Recipe to make Chocolate Truffle Cake at your home
Ingredients
For Chocolate Sponge
6 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp instant coffee powder, 1/2 cup curd, 5 tbsp oil, 1 cup plain flour/maida, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup powdered sugar, a pinch of salt
For Chocolate Ganache
1and 1/2 cups fresh cream, 2 cups dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
For Chocolate Decoration
3/4 cup dark chocolate (melted), piping bag, chocolate slices and chocolate sticks
Other Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar syrup (for soaking)
