How to make
In a bowl, take all purpose flour, semolina, baking soda, salt and oil to knead semi soft dough. Now cover the dough and leave for half an hour. Again knead the dough. Make kachori by dividing dough into equal portions and roll out into little thick big kachori using little flour for rolling. Heat oil in a kadhai on high flame. Fry kachoris in kadhai and deep-fry kachoris till they become crispy and brown in colour. Take out kachori and let them cool. Remove on absorbent paper and keep aside. Now prepare the filling for kachori by combining moong, kala chana, potatord and salt in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portion and keep aside.
How to serve
Make a hole in the center of the kachori and put one portion of the filling. Top it with prepared filling. Put 1 dahi pakodi, roasted cumin seeds, red chilli powder, tamarind sweet chutney, curd and green chutney. Now again fill it curd, sev, and pomegranate seeds. Raj Kachori is ready to serve.
