Recipe of Fried Corn Chat

Ingredients
1 cup sweet corn kernels/makai ke dane, 2 tbsp besan/bengal gram flour, 2 tsp cornflour, 1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste, oil for deep-frying, 2 tsp oil, 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped), 1 tsp green chillies (finely chopped), 1/4 cup tomatoes (finely chopped), 1 tbsp coriander leaves/dhania (chopped), 1/4 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 cup water
How to make
Take sweet corn, besan, corn flour, chilli powder, salt and water in a bowl. Mix them well. Now heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the corn mixture a little time till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides. Drain them on an absorbent paper. Now take a broad pan and heat oil in it. Add the onions and green chillies and cook on medium flame for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Add the deep-fried corn, coriander leaves, lemon juice and little salt. Mix gently and cook on medium flame for 60 seconds while stirring occasionally. Delicious fried corn chat is ready to eat. Serve immediately.
