Recipe: How to make Fruit curd rice

Fruit curd rice recipe add fruits which is rich in Vitamin C as it
will help to keep your body away from all sorts of sicknesses and help
to keep your immunity up.
Ingredients
Rice - 1cup
(cooked), Curd - 1cup Milk - 1 cup, Salt to taste, Sugar - 1/2 tsp,
Grapes - 2 tsp, Cherry - -2 tsp, Pomegranate - 2 tsp, Coriander leaves -
1 sprig (chopped), Mustard seeds - 1 tsp, Oil - 1 tsp, Chillies - 2
(sliced), Almonds - handful (chopped).
How to make
You
begin by first adding the salt and the sugar to the boiled rice. Mix
these ingredients well with the rice using the help of a spoon. Now add
in the fresh curd, milk, pomegranate, grapes, cherries and mix it well.
In another pan, heat a little oil. When hot, add in the mustard seeds
and wait for it to splutter.
Then add in the chopped green
chillies to the pan and allow it to fry well till it turns whitish in
colour. Now turn the stove off and add in the cooked rice. Mix the rice
well with the fried ingredients and leave aside. Now add the chopped
coriander leaves and the chopped almonds as topping. Your yummy fruit
curd rice is ready.
Total Time: 35 minutes.
It can be served to 3 people.
