Recipe for fast: Kela Kebabs

Ingredients
250 gm raw bananas (peeled and diced), 1 black cardamom seed/badi elaichi, 1/4 cup kootu ka atta, 2 tsp white rock salt/sendha namak, 2 tsp coriander seeds (roasted and powdered), 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 green chili (chopped), 2 tbsp coriander (chopped), desi ghee for frying, kootu ka atta for dusting
How to make
First steam bananas till bananas are cooked. Leave to cool. When cool down, mash the bananas. Add black Kela-e-kebabs cardamom seed, kootu ka atta, rock salt, coriander seeds, chilli powder, lemon juice, green chili coriander and ginger. Mix all ingredients well to form dough like consistency. Shape them into small cylindrical rods and dust with the kootu ka atta. Now heat little ghee in a pan. Fry all kebabs over medium heat till brown on both sides. Tasty kela kebabs are ready to eat.
