Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crispy Chickpeas
1.    Coat the Chickpeas: In a bowl, mix cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Add the boiled chickpeas and toss them gently, making sure each chickpea is well coated with the flour mixture. This coating will make the chickpeas crispy when fried.
