Rasberry Coconut Smoothie

Rasberry Coconut Smoothie, rasberry coconut smoothie,  mock tail drink
This is the best smoothie in mini smoothie series. It's been fun sharing on with friends when they come to greet you.

Ingredients:
Unsweetened coconut flakes
greek yogurt
coconut water (frozen in ice cubes),
fresh raspberries
1/2 frozen banana

Directions:
For the coconut layer blend 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 6 oconut water cubes. Add to glass and rinse blender. Next, blend 1 cup raspberries (frozen if possible), 1/2 a frozen banana and 1/4 cup greek yogurt. This layer will be very tart. If you prefer a sweeter taste add 1 teaspoon Truvia before blending. Add to glass. Garnish with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
