Yes, we should certainly quit smoking and what better time than now. After all, smoking does no benefit. It simply yellows our teeth, harms our lungs and irritates the non-smokers around us. But recent survey says that only 15% of people who try to quit smoking manage to stay cigarette-free six months later. Though there are many things that help us stay away from cigarettes, most of us find it difficult to control that urge to smoke. It is very easy to promise ourselves not to drink or smoke but the question is whether that resolve will last for the other 364 days of the year.
