Milk
Do not drink raw (unpasteurised) milk, including unpasteurised goats' or sheep's milk, or any food that is made of them, such as soft goats' cheese.

Vegetables
Vegetables form an important part of one's daily diet. Though meat, egg and fish are good sources of protein and minerals but the varied benefits that a pregnant woman can gain by consuming fresh vegetables cannot be ignored. Here are some vegetable to eat during pregency Leafy greens, Broccol, Sweet potatoes, Bell peppers, Tomatoes, Green peas, Avocados and Beetroots.
