Broken mirrors:- This superstition was originated in Rome. In the ancient times, mirrors were expensive but easily broken due to low quality. To avoid this negligence, it was used to be rumoured that breaking of mirrors is a bad omen. In fact, a broken mirror makes you unlucky for seven years. If mirrors get even a crack, Indians remove mirrors from houses.
