The Poco X2 has been launched in India finally, with the range starting from as low as Rs 15,999. The Poco X2 is the cheapest phone with a 120Hz refresh rate display. There's a base variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage that will retail for Rs 15,999. The second variant comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, which you can get for Rs 16,999. The third variant extends the storage to 256GB and that will cost you Rs 19,999. The Poco X2 will be available for purchase on Flipkart starting from February 11 from 12 noon and Poco will be only selling the phone here. ICICI Bank debit and credit card users can get an additional Rs 1,000 off on the Poco X2 while making the purchase.
The Poco X2 uses Corning Gorilla Glass 5 panels on both the front and back - a big departure from the plastic panels of the F1. The phone even has a metallic frame instead of a plastic one. Poco has focused on the build quality highly this time.
The X2 is the cheapest phone in India with a 120Hz refresh rate display. Poco uses an IPS LCD panel with a dual punch-hole cutout for housing the two cameras at the front. The display itself measures 6.67-inches with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and that's big by all standards.
Inside, there's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset that's paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Poco is using UFS 2.1 storage on the X2, which should aid faster load times. Poco is also using a liquid cooling system to keep temperatures under control under peak performance demands.
