Oversleeping
puts you in state of grogginess and sadness which is a sign of depression. Abnormal
sleep pattern makes you drowsy and confused. Long sleeping hours indicates poor
mental health and stress. This also cause sleep drunkenness in which you are
not properly awake and not properly slept.
