Make a charming start of New Year with Choco lava cake

Ingredients
125 grams plain chocolate (broken), 1 tbsp cocoa powder + for dusting, 1/2 cup refined flour/maida + for dusting, 9 tbsps unsalted butter + for greasing, 4 eggs, 6 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder
How to make
First preheat the oven to 180 degree C or 350 degree F. Now grease the muffin moulds. Dust moulds with flour and remove excess flour. Now put chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Add butter and melt in microwave oven on HIGH for 60 seconds. After 1 minute, remove bowl from oven and blend the ingredients briskly. In another bowl, break eggs. Add powdered sugar and blend with a hand blender till light and frothy. Now sieve cocoa powder directly in the mixture and mix well. Add melted chocolate-butter mixture and mix again. Sift the flour and baking powder directly into the bowl. With help of hand blender, blend all ingredients till smooth. Pour the batter into the muffin moulds. Do not fill up to the top. Place the moulds in the preheated oven. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Now loosen the edges of moulds carefully with a knife and unmould cakes. Choco lava cakes are ready. Serving the delicious hot Choco lava cakes.
