Apricot ka Halwa

Ingredients
200 gm dry Apricots, 25 gm ghee, 50 gm sugar, 100 ml rabri, (reduced, thickened milk), 50 gm mava, 1/2 tsp kesar threads or almonds (garnish)
How to make
First, soak dried apricots overnight in water. Next morning drain water and chop coarsely. Take ghee in a pan and cook apricots with till ghee oozes out from the sides. Add sugar to cooked apricots and stir. Add grated mava to the apricots. Now fill two-third of a bowl with the halwa and top with rabdi. Delicious halwa is ready to eat. Garnish it with saffron threads or almonds and serve hot.
