Pohe is a breakfast dish or snack made from flattened rice and served with tea. There are number of variations from Kanda Pohe with onion to batata pohe with diced potatoes, dadpe pohe with shredded fresh coconut, kachche pohe with minimal embellishments of oil. Any variant of pohey is often garnished with fresh coriander, grated coconut and crushed peanuts.
