1. Add 2 cup of yoghurt until it goes smooth, add a less amount of milk to shape like lassi ,add 1 tea spoon salt for taste.
2. soak vada in yoghurt mixture for half an hour, leave for more time until your vada completely absorb the yoghurt mixture.
3. decorate your recipe with fried zeera powder,red chili powder and complete with a drizzle of tamarind chutney.
