How to make
Firstly mix moong daal and urad, wash them cleanly then add 4 cups of water and it for 6 hours to make thick paste.
Secondly, blend mix daal with less amount of water to make creamy texture.
Wipe the blend daal and stir with a spoon from 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture goes light and fluffy.
Heat the fry pan with half inches of oil, place 1 table spoon of mixture in oil, the oil must not covered the vada base and fries until it goes red, your vada soon be expanding slowly with taking a turn.
fry the vada in installment type until it goes bround.
convert all your vada in a Luke warm water and soak for 20 minute,then slowly squeeze vada to remove water. and set aside for garnishing.
