Most break-ups now happen via SMS!

Many said they chose technology as it makes the process 'less awkward', reveals a new report.

The American men and women surveyed had all gone through a break up in the past 12 months, and all 2,712 respondents were aged 18-30. Those taking part were asked how their last relationships had ended, and had to describe the 'means through which your break-up was finalised'.
