Mocktail Recipe: Virgin Strawberry Mojito
Ingredients
3 fresh strawberries (hulled and cut into small pieces), 1 lime (cut into wedges), 10 fresh mint leaves, 1 tbsp granulated sugar, crushed ice, sparkling water to top, 1 whole strawberry (for garnish)
How to make
Take a glass and place strawberries, lime, mint, and sugar in a glass. Using the back of spoon, mash the ingredients to release the juices and mix them together. Fill about half the glass with ice on top of the ingredients. Add sugar and stir till it is dissolved. Add more ice and then top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine. Virgin Strawberry Mojito is ready. Serve garnished with a whole strawberry.
