Malaika, who turned vegan just a couple of months ago, said that the change in her diet has been for the good. And, if the actress's hot bod is any proof, it goes on to say that you don't need to invest in anything fancy or follow fad regimes to get in shape. You will be surprised to know that some of the most popular celebrities and sportspersons around the world (including the likes of Virat Kohli, Sonam Kapoor and Oscar winner Joaquin Phoenix) are all advocates of veganism. And, if you need some more proof, let us tell you that veganism is the big diet secret behind Malaika Arora's super chiselled figure at 46!

In an Instagram post recently, the 46-year-old, who is undeniably one of the hottest stars in the industry talked about how she turned vegan and how this shift changed her life for good. Detailing the same, the diva shared a fun recipe of her vegan zucchini noodles and showed off her plate of green goodness: And my quest for vegan, healthy recipes continues ... So here's #whatsinyourdabba my style ..... Zucchini noodles with red bell pepper sauce - skin the zucchini, scrape of thin strips lengthwise. In a pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add 2 cloves crushed garlic, oregano, chopped red bell peppers and saute till soft. Add the zucchini, salt to taste and saute for a min.
