Make yummy Cheese Paratha at home

When the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha. Spread some ghee on the partly cooked part and flip again.
When you see brown spots on the cheese paratha, spread some ghee over it. Keep flipping the paratha until properly cooked.
Remove the paratha from the tava. Serve hot with curd, mango pickle or tomato ketchup.
