Stuffing and frying parathas
Pinch two small balls from the dough and roll them between your palms. Flatten them and dust with whole wheat flour.
Roll them into about 4 to 5 inches diameter rounds both of the same size.
Place the cheese stuffing in the center of one of the rolled dough ball leaving about 1 inch empty space from the sides.
