Ingredients:-
For veg manchurian balls
1/2 cup carrot (grated),
1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped), 1/4 cup bell pepper (finely chopped), 8-10 french beans (finely chopped), 2 cups spring
onions (finely chopped), 1/2 tsp black
pepper powder , 2 tbsp all purpose flour/maida, 2 tbsp cornflour, salt to taste,
oil for fry
For gravy
1/4 cup onion (finely
chopped), 1 tbsp ginger/adrak paste, 1 tbsp garlic/lahsun paste, 2 green
chilies/hari mirch, 1 tbsp celery (finely chopped), 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved
in 2 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp MSG, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 3/4 cup
water or vegetable stock, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, sugar to
taste, some chopped spring onion (for garnishing)
