How to make:-
Veg manchurian balls
Take carrot, cabbage, bell pepper, french
beans, spring onions in a large bowl. Add black pepper powder, purpose
flour/maida, cornflour and salt in it. Add little water to make dough. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes. Make small round
balls and deep fry till they get golden browned. Drain on kitchen tissues and
keep aside.
For gravy
Take a pan and heat oil in it.
Fry onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies and celery on a high
flame. Add water or vegetable stock. Now
add soya sauce, MSG and crushed black pepper. Mix well and cook for 1-2
minutes. Add cornflour paste to thicken the gravy. Add vinegar, salt, sugar and
fried veg balls. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve veg manchurian garnished
with spring onion greens.
