Paneer dishes : Easily make at home

Kadhai Paneer:-
Ingredients
250 gms paneer, 5-6 medium tomatoes
(chopped), 3-4 onions (sliced), 2 capsicum/shimla mirch (sliced), 1-2 green chillies,
6-7 garlic/lahsun (crushed), 1 inch ginger (half crushed), 1 and 1/2 tbsp
coriander seeds (roasted), 2 tsp crushed kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves, 1/2
tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, few chopped coriander leaves,
salt
How to make
Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed
ginger and garlic. Cook these till raw smell disappears. Now add chopped
tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Grind coriander seeds to roughly fine
powder and add it to tomatoes. Cook it till whole mixture starts to leave oil. Add
sliced onion and capsicum and chopped green chillies to the mixture. Saute onion,
capsicum and green chillies for 8-10 minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder and
garam masala powder. Now add paneer. Cook the paneer for 2 to 3 minutes in the
masala. Now add kasuri methi, ginger pieces and coriander leaves. Mix and saute
for 2-3 minutes. Serve kadai paneer, hot with rotis or naans.
