Ingredients

For chilli oil

1/4 cup oil, 5 whole dry kashmiri red chillies (broken into pieces)

For noodles
2 cups boiled noodles, 2 tbsp oil, 1/4 cup spring onions whites (finely chopped), 2 tsp garlic (finely chopped),  2 to 3 whole dry kashmiri red chillies (broken into pieces), 1/2 cup carrots (thinly sliced), 1/4 cup cabbage (shredded), 1/2 cup capsicum (thinly sliced), 1 tsp soya sauce, salt to taste, a pinch of black peppercorns/kalimirch powder, 2 tbsp spring onions green (finely chopped

How to make  
First take a pan. Heat the oil in an on a high flame till it smokes. Now add broken red chillies in a pan. Cover it with a lid and switch off the flame. Now again heat the oil in a wok. Add spring onion whites, garlic and red chillies. Saute all the veggies on high flame for 30 seconds. Add carrots, cabbage, capsicum and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Now add noodles, soya sauce and salt. Mix well and toss on high flame for at least 2 minutes. Add black pepper powder and 2 tsp prepared chilli oil. Again mix well all the ingredients. Sprinkle spring onion greens and toss well. Serve the yummy hot Hakka noodles immediately.
