Make lip-smacking Italian delight Tiramisu at your home

Ingredients
568ml
pot double cream, 250g tub mascarpone, 75ml marsala, 5 tbsp golden caster sugar,300ml
strong coffee (made with 2 tbsp coffee granules and 300ml boiling water),175g
pack sponge finger, 25g chunk dark chocolate, 2 tsp cocoa powder
How to make
In a large
bowl, take cream, mascarpone, marsala and sugar. Whisk all the ingredients
together until the cream and mascarpone have completely combined and get
consistency of thickly whipped cream. Now make your serving dish ready. Take
prepared coffee into a shallow dish and dip in few sponge fingers for few
seconds. Fingers must be soaked but not soggy. Layer sponge fingers into your
serving dish until you have used half the biscuits. Now spread over half of the
creamy mixture. Use the coarse side of the grater for grating the chocolate.
Then repeat the layers and use all the coffee. Finish it with the creamy layer.
Cover and chill overnight. Dust with cocoa powder and grate over the remainder
of the chocolate. Serve and enjoy the delicious Tiramisu.
