Ingredients
1 litre full fat milk, 200 gms sugar, 2 tsp sweet curd, 1 tbsp pistachio and 1 tbsp almond (for garnish)
How to make
Boil milk on a high flame for 10 minutes and add 125 grams of sugar to milk. Put remaining 75 grams of sugar in heavy bottom vessel with 2 tablespoons of water and melt on a slow flame. Allow the mixture to become dark brown in colour. Slowly, pour sugar mixture to boiled milk. Now boil again for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture to lukewarm. Add curd and mix well. Cover and allow to set for 6 to 8 hours. Garnish it with pistachio and almonds. Put in a refrigerator and serve cool.
