Bengali Sandesh:-
Ingredients
1 cup moist panner/cottage cheese, 5 tbsp powdered sugar, pinch of cardamom powder, nuts or saffron (for garnish)
How to make
Take a pan and add paneer, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder to it. Mixture all ingredients well. Cook it till you get a thick consistency. When mixture must leave the pan, cool it down. Now knead it slowly and make balls. Flatten these balls a bit and garnish with nuts or saffron. Cool them in refrigerator and serve it. Consume within 2 days.
