Make delicious Pan Pizza at home

Ingredients
For Pizza Dough
3 cups all purpose flour/maida, 1
tbsp sugar, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/3 tsp baking
soda, 3 tbsp curd, water as needed, dry flour to roll the pizza
For Toppings
pizza sauce or pesto, 1/2 cup sliced
onions, 10-12 sliced olive, 1/2 cup capsicum
(finely chopped), 3 tsp oil, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, 2 cups Mozzarella
cheese
How to make
Take all purpose flour, sugar, salt,
baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix them well. Now add oil, curd and 1
cup of water to make smooth dough. Add little more water and make soft, smooth
and elastic dough. Now coat dough with little oil. Put it in a bowl and wrap
the bowl with cling wrap for 6-8 hours. As minimum 8 hours completed, again
knead dough with oil in your hands. Divide the dough in 5 parts and make their
balls. Keep the balls rest for 10 minutes. Chop veggies and keep them aside.
Now heat pan at medium flame. Take one ball and dip it in flour and roll it to eight
inch circle. Now take a fork and prick the rolled dough. Now put the rolled
dough on heated pan. Cook it till you see light brown spots on down side. Now turn
over pizza base from down side and spread pizza sauce, onion, capsicum, Mozzarella
cheese and Italian seasoning on it. Pour little olive oil on the sides. Cover
and let the pizza cook till it cheese melts and pizza becomes brown and crispy.
Switch off gas as pizza base get brown and crispy. Pan pizza is ready to serve.
