Methi Malai Paneer:-
Ingredients
250 gms paneer, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 3/4 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder/jeera powder, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp kasoori methi, 150 ml fresh cream, salt to taste, few coriander leaves
Paste
1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1tbsp melon seeds, 1 green chilli, 1 small onion (chopped), 10 almonds, 10 cashew nuts, 4 tbsp water
How to make
To make paste, take poppy seeds, melon seeds, green chilli, onion, almonds, cashew nuts and ground them to paste by using water. Keep this paste aside. Now chop paneer into cubes. In a pan, heat butter and add ginger garlic paste. Fry till raw smell disappears. Add paste and stir well. Add garam masala, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and sugar. Stir in pan and cook for 2 minutes. Add paneer pieces and stir gently. Now crush kasoori methi and add it. Now, add fresh cream, coriander leaves and salt. Serve delicious Methi malai paneer hot.
