Main course dish: Corn Palak Paneer

Ingredients
200 gms palak, 150 grams cottage cheese, 1 cup corn kernels (boiled), medium onions, 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 7-8 garlic cloves (chopped), 2 tbsp gram flour/besan, 2 green chillies (chopped), salt to taste, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
For garnish
half cup of fresh cream
How to make
First, chop onions and keep them aside. Now, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and garlic in it and cook for few seconds. Add chopped onions and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, chop spinach. When onions turn golden, add gram flour and continue to fry. Add spinach and half cup water and mix well. Add corn kernels and mix again. Cut cottage cheese into small cubes and add to the pan. Add green chillies and salt. Mix all the ingredients. Now add yogurt and mix well. In the end, add garam masala powder and stir. Corn Palak Paneer is ready to eat. Transfer it into a serving dish. Garnish it with fresh cream and serve hot.
