Lauki ka Halwa:-
Ingredients
1/2 litre full fat milk, 1/2 medium lauki, 3/4cup sugar, 100 gms mava, 1 tsp elaichi powder, handful of dry fruits (almonds,raisins,cashews)
How to make
First take a medium lauki, peel it and grate it. Then take a pan and boil lauki in half cup of water. When it gets boiled, drain water completely. Now boil milk in a large pan for 20 minutes on medium flame. Now add boiled lauki in the pan. Stir well. Keep stirring till milk almost absorbs. Meanwhile, grate mava and add in the pan. Add sugar and mix it completely dissolves. Add dry fruits and elaichi powder. Eat delicious Lauki ka halwa. Serve it hot as well as cold.
