Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan's first foray into TV fiction Yudh on Sony Entertainment Television has not garnered the reviews as expected, since it opened to a lukewarm response as shown by ratings. The finite series that is aired Monday to Thursday at 10.30 p.m., recorded a 0.7 TVR on its opening day on Monday and finished the week by dropping to a 0.6 TVR, much to the dismay of makers. Apparently, reviews from the audience were of a mixed nature - some calling the first episode slow and complicated, while others opining that it was too early to form a judgement.
