Appreciate other people's strengths
All too often we don't just appreciate the good things we see in other people. We idolize them and put them on a pedestal far above where we are. We compare ourselves to them and wish we were more like them, making ourselves feel subpar.
Be active
Exercising regularly releases endorphins and contributes to your level of happiness and will help you feel better about yourself.
Spend more time with your girlfriends or guy friends. Relationships may come and go, but friends are forever.
Take a lot of pictures. Take way too many and don't forget to print them. Don't let them just sit in your phone memory.
