Dahi Papdi Chaat...
Papdi topped with mashed potatoes, moong sprouts, chutney and sev.
Ingredients
24 papdi pieces, 1 1/2 cups whisked yogurt, salt to taste, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 medium potatoes boiled and chopped, 1/2 cup sprouted green gram blanched, 1/4 cup red chilli-garlic chutney, 1/4 cup green chutney, 1/4 cup sweet tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp chaat masala, 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, sev as required, 2 tbsp pomegranate peeled
How to make
Add salt and sugar to yogurt and whisk till smooth. Refrigerate until use. Arrange the papdis on a plate. Place some potatoes and boiled sprouted moong on each papdi.
Add a little red chilli-garlic chutney, green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney over it. Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, a little red chilli powder and salt. Pour chilled yogurt over it.
Add some more sweet tamarind chutney, red chilli-garlic chutney, coriander leaves, sev and pomegranate. Serve immediately.
