Bhel Puri...
Bhel puri is spicy, tangy and tongue tickler. This popular snack is found in almost every street of India.
Ingredients
1 cup puffed rice, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potato, 4 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp garam masala, 6 tbsp tamarind chutney, 6 tbsp coriander leaves and mint chutney, /2 cup namkeen, 1/2 cup sev, 2 tbsp lime juice
How to make
Drain the water from the grated potatoes. Mix the puffed rice, tomatoes, onions and grated potatoes together.
Lightly crush and add the namkeens. Add the sev and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
