Lip smacking delight: Badam Pista Kesar Kulfi

Ingredients
15 almonds (coarsely ground), 18 pistachios (coarsely ground), a pinch saffron/kesar (soaked in 1 tbsp milk), 1and 1/2 litre milk, 400 grams condensed milk, 1/4 cup mava (grated)
How to make
Take a thick bottom pan and heat the milk. When milk begins to boil, add saffron, lower the heat and keep stirring it till milk is reduced to half. Now add condensed milk, almonds and pistachios and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Turn off the heat and keep this mixture aside to cool. Add mava and mix well. Pour into individual kulfi moulds and place them in the freezer to set for 5-6 hours. Once the kulfi freeze then demould them and serve immediately. Delicious Badam Pista Kesar Kulfi are ready to eat.
