lemon tea:-
To
help you in weight loss, we have brought a special lemon tea. Make a cup of hot
green tea. Add half tsp of ginger powder and 2 tbsp of lemon juice in green
tea. Mix them and drink it. Apart from
weight loss, it also helps in reducing cholesterol level and controlling blood
sugar.
Ginger
lemonade:-
It
is also an effective lemon drink to reduce weight. Take two lemons and extract their juice. Add
few pieces of chopped ginger with this juice. Put this juice on flame and bring
it to boil. Now add water to it and boil for few seconds. Cool it and store it.
Drink this lemonade once a day. It also
prevents fluid retention.
