Learn to make Til ke Ladoo

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cups sesame seeds/til, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 and 1/4 jaggery/gur, 1/4 cup peanuts (roasted and crushed ), 1/2 tsp cardamom/elaichi powder
How to make
First take a broad non-stick pan and heat it. Add sesame seeds and roast it dry on slow flame while stirring continuously. Keep aside. Then heat ghee in deep non-stick pan. Add jaggery and cook on a slow flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously. Now add sesame seeds, peanuts and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook on slow flame for 1 minute. Keep stirring continuously. Now transfer mixture into a greased plate and allow it cool slightly for 2 minutes. Take little water and wet your palms. Take a small portion of the til mixture and shape into a round. Make ladoos with the remaining mixture in the same way. Allow it to cool completely and store in an air-tight container. Delicious til k ladoo are ready to eat.
