Learn to make Paneer, mushroom and cashew fry

Ingredients
1/2 cup paneer (cubed), 1 cup mushrooms (thickly sliced), 1/2 cup broken cashew nuts, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp celery (finely chopped), 1/2 cup spring onion whites (chopped), 1/2 cup red capsicum (cubed), 1/2 cup yellow capsicum (cubed), 1/2 cup green capsicum (cubed), 1 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp chilli sauce, pinch of freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp spring onion greens (chopped), salt to taste
How to make
First heat oil in a broad pan. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, celery and cashews. Cook all ingredients on medium flame for 1 minute. Add spring onion whites, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, paneer and mushrooms. Mix gently and cook them on medium flame for at least 3 minutes. Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, pepper and salt. Mix again and cook for 2 minutes. Paneer, mushroom and cashew fry are ready to eat. Garnish with the spring onion greens and serve immediately.
