Learn to cook Winter's Delight Peanut Chikki at home

Ingredients
1 cup peanuts, 3/4 cup jaggery/gur (sticky type), 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp ghee
How to make
Take a kadhai and roast peanuts dry. Cool them and remove the skin. Now take a flat plate and grease it with little ghee. Now boil water in a kadhai and add jiggery. Cook till thick syrup is formed. To check syrup is ready, put a drop in cold water. If it forms a firm ball, then jaggery syrup is ready. Now add peanuts and the remaining ghee. Mix them. Now immediately spread this on the greased plate. Roll out to even the surface. Let it cool slightly. Now cut into square shapes. Peanut Chikki is ready to eat. You can store it in air tight boxes for further use.
