Learn the right way of squatting
Start with standing straight with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointing forward. Keep your back straight, head up and eyes forward. Now squeeze your glutes and push your shoulder blades towards your spine. Go down as you are sitting in a chair, keeping the knees aligned over the second and third toes. Come back up keeping your glutes engaged and your eyes forward. Repeat the process as many times as you can.
