In fact, few trainers say that your body built also plays an important role in doing squats correctly. Limb's length, flexibility of body and past or current injuries etc are few factors. When you do squats, your calves and hips are highly involved. These two muscles are responsible for helping your butt muscles move in and out of the squat. Be sure to stretch and warm up well before start doing squats.
